Method of preparation

What do you need?
- 350 g dapeppa's speculooscake baking mix
- 175 grams of soft butter
- 4 eggs
- Cake tin of 25 cm and an oven

Do it yourself
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Put the softened butter in a mixing bowl and mix for 2 minutes until light and airy. Add the mix first and then the eggs one at a time. Mix all ingredients into a smooth batter. Grease the cake tin with some butter and fill with the batter. Bake the cake in 50-65 min. nice and light brown. Check with a wooden skewer whether the cake is done. If the skewer comes out dry, then the cake is done. Let cool for about 10 minutes before you cut it.

Tip: Sprinkle the cake with some almond shavings and/or sugar pearls for an extra festive effect.
