How do I send to another address?
- Is your order a gift for someone else? What a good idea! We are happy to send the gift directly to the receiver on your behalf. Enter the address details of the lucky receiver at delivery address.
- Leave a personal message in the box "gift message and / or other comments" We'll make sure it comes on a nice card.
Would you like to receive the package at a different address? Of course, that's no problem either. Again, check the box next to "I want my order delivered to a different address" and then enter the desired address. In the comments box you can indicate that it is a gift for yourself. You can also leave it blank.
Multiple delivery addresses
Create a new order for each delivery address.
Do you want to send more than 10 packages to different addresses. Then please contact us. We are happy to help you with that.
Shipping and delivery
How long does it take for my package to be delivered?
- Dapeppa strives to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 business days for dapeppa to process. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail containing a Post NL Parcel code, with which you can easily track your order on the Post NL Track and Trace website.
- As a rule, PostNL delivers your shipment within 24 hours (Belgium 48 hours) after it has been offered by us and you have received the shipping confirmation. This almost always goes well, but there may be a delay that we have no influence on. You can track the package via Post NL's Track and Trace website.
What if the product I want is sold out?
It is possible that products are unexpectedly sold out, so that they cannot be found in our webshop. Is the product you are looking for sold out? Let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then get in touch with you.
Can I also order from dapeppa outside the Netherlands?
Of course. Dapeppa's products can also be shipped to other countries outside the Netherlands. They are shipped to the following countries outside the Netherlands:
- Belgium, Germany (€8.75 or from €30.00 free)
- Other EU countries, Norway, Switzerland (€10.75 – €25.00. The exact rate will be calculated in the shopping cart. From €50.00 free shipping)
What are the delivery costs?
- Within the Netherlands, your order will be delivered free of charge from €30.00. For amounts under € 30.00, € 4.95 delivery costs are automatically charged at the time of payment.
- Within Belgium and Germany, your order will also be delivered free of charge from €30.00 and €8.75 delivery costs will automatically be charged for amounts under €30.00.
- The rates for the other EU countries are indicated in the shopping cart. Free shipping from €50.00.
How does delivery by PostNL work?
- As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation from us by e-mail containing a Post NL Parcel code, with which you can easily track your order on the Track and Trace website of Post NL.
- As a rule, PostNL delivers your shipment within 24 hours (Belgium 48 hours) after it has been offered by us and you have received the shipping confirmation. - Please take the following into account: PostNL parcel service delivers at different times than regular mail. We have no influence on the time of delivery.
- PostNL delivers 6 days a week. If you are not at home, the postman will offer the package again a day later or offer it to your neighbors. If you are not at home for a second delivery, you can pick up the package at a PostNL collection point. You will receive a message from the postman in your mailbox stating where you can pick up the package. You have 2 weeks to do this.

How can I pay?
We offer various payment options:

Choose the desired payment option during the ordering process and follow the instructions on the screen.
Can I request my gift card credit?
Yes, that's possible. Unfortunately, you cannot view the balance online, but you can request the balance by contacting us. We will then send the balance to you as soon as possible.
Of course we do everything we can to provide you with a good product that you enjoy. We believe in the quality of our products, but it is always possible that you are not satisfied with your choice or that the product arrived damaged.
How can I exchange or return a product if it does not meet my expectations?
Within 30 days of receipt you can register your product(s) for return without giving any reason. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (provided it concerns the entire order). Only the costs for returning from your home to dapeppa are for your own account.
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to dapeppa with all accessories supplied and (if reasonably possible) in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please send us an email within 30 days of receipt. In this email you can indicate whether it concerns the entire order or part of the order. You then have another 14 days to return the product(s). You will receive a confirmation email from us in which we let you know how you can return the products.
Exchanging a product for the same product in a different flavor / variant counts as a new order. You return the product(s) you want to exchange within the trial period of 30 calendar days. Then place a new order as you are used to. Dapeppa therefore charges shipping costs for the processing and delivery of this order. When a product has to be exchanged due to an error by dapeppa or a defect / breakage, the shipping costs are of course for dapeppa.
What if I have received a wrong or damaged product?
If you have received a product that is incorrectly delivered, defective, damaged or incomplete, you can choose to return the product free of charge or replace it free of charge. This can be done by sending us an email within 30 days of receipt with the reason for the return. We always provide a suitable solution. Read more about this on the complaints page.
When will I get my money back?
As soon as we have received your message by email (within 30 days), we will refund the amount within 14 days, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
Complaints / reviews
Where can I make my complaints known?
We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing email@example.com
We will then provide a good solution together.
If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur. From 15 February 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . If your complaint is not yet being processed elsewhere, you are free to deposit your complaint via the platform of the European Union.

The experience of everyone who comes into contact with dapeppa is very valuable to us. We think it is important that reviews provide the best possible picture of dapeppa's products and service. All the reviews are genuine and only from real customers. Our reviews are therefore administered, impartially, by WebwinkelKeur.
