Cream cheese frosting: sugar, glucose syrup (dried), emulsifier E472a, E471, MILK protein, acidity regulator E516, E450iii, E339ii, stabilizer E340ii, thickener E401, dextrose, aroma.

Method of preparation

What do you need?
- 1 baking tin (round springform 20 cm, cake tin 23 cm)

For the Cake: 180 grams of softened butter, 4 eggs, 160 grams of carrots (grated)

For the Cream Cheese frosting: 115 g water, 200 g monchou, 125 g butter

Baking instruction Carrot Cake by post
1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
2. Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix with the mixer (in 2 minutes) to a light, creamy mass. First add the dapeppa carrot cake mix and then the eggs one by one. Set the mixer to the lowest setting and mix the ingredients. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat for a few more minutes. Finally, fold the carrot, raisins and walnuts into the batter.
3. Fill the lightly greased baking tin with the batter.
4. Now bake the cake in 75-90 minutes at 170 degrees until done and light brown.
5. Insert a skewer into the cake to check if it is done. If the skewer is dry, the Carrot Cake is done.
6. Remove the Carrot Cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Instruction Cream Cheese frosting
1. Put the Cream Cheese frosting and the water in a bowl and mix with the mixer in 4 minutes to an airy, creamy mousse. Scoop the mousse from the mixing bowl into a bowl and set aside.
2. Put the butter and the monchou in the mixing bowl and beat for 4 minutes to a light, creamy mass. Gently fold the previously made mousse into the monchou/butter mixture. The frosting is now ready to use.

Complete the Carrot Cake
1. Cut the Carrot Cake horizontally through the middle when it has cooled completely.
2. Divide about half of the Cream Cheese frosting over the bottom and place the top back on top.
3. Now spread the top and the sides (optionally) with the rest of the Cream Cheese frosting.

Extra tip: Put some nuts on top of the cake as decoration.
