Spicy Bruschetta - Beer bread

Beer bread is of course cool in itself, but this variant also has a spicy taste! The tomato base of bruschetta and the spicy chili flakes make it slightly spicier than the other beer breads. This is our favorite with a cup of tomato soup.

Method of preparation

What do you need?
- Cake/baking tin 25 cm (included)
- A can or bottle of beer (30-33 cl) of your favorite beer (at room temperature)

Do it yourself
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the contents of the beer bread mix and the can or bottle of your favorite beer in a bowl. Mix this with a spoon or spatula into a batter. Put this batter in the baking shape with the baking paper. Bake the beer bread between 45-55 minutes until a nice golden brown. Let the beer bread cool down and surprise your friends, family or yourself with your homemade beer bread!
