Gemiddelde waarden per 100 g
Net weight 360 g. You add 300 ml of beer yourself.
Beer bread is already tough. This one's tougher. A base of tomato and bruschetta, garlic, and a generous wink of cayenne pepper. The result: a savory bread with a spicy kick.
No kneading, just stirring. You add your favorite beer, a blonde works just fine as far as we're concerned. Into the oven, and a little later you've got a loaf that's perfect with tomato soup.
The wooden mould is included. You bring the beer and the hunger.
put the mix in a bowl, add 300 ml of your favorite beer (we use a blonde), and stir until you have a batter.
spoon into the wooden mould lined with baking paper and bake for 45 to 55 minutes at 180°C until golden brown.
let it cool. Our favorite with tomato soup.
