These super cool and yummy coconut balls are easy to make.

The delicious scent of coconut is immediately released while you are kneading and soon you will be in a tropical atmosphere. Before you know it you'll be doing a hoola dance.

The coconut combined with dark chocolate makes dapeppa's coconut balls a delight.

Ingredients

Coconut grater, white caster sugar, eco WHEAT flour from the mill, dark chocolate chunks (contains cocoa, whole and skimmed MILK powder, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour), raising agents: calcium phosphate & sodium carbonate and a pinch of salt.

May contain traces of nuts.

Method of preparation

What do you need?
- 3 eggs (1 whole egg, 2 egg whites)

Do it yourself
Take the jar and tip it over in a bowl. Mix everything together well with a spatula. Split 2 eggs. Add 2 egg whites and 1 whole egg and fold everything together well. Can you smell the coconut yet? Shape into about 19 balls (a small ice cream scoop works well) and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Bake them in a preheated oven at 175 degrees for about 12 minutes until golden brown. Do a Hawaiian Aloha dance while you wait for the coconut balls to cool.
