Method of preparation Lemon cake
1. Put on a cheerful apron.
2. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.
3. Put the soft butter in a bowl and mix in 2 minutes to an airy creamy mass.
4. First add the Lemoncake mix and then the eggs.
5. Set the mixer to the lowest setting and mix all ingredients.
6. Add the poppy seeds if desired.
7. Then set the mixer to the highest setting and beat it for 5 minutes until a smooth batter.
8. Fill a lightly greased cake tin with the batter.
9. Bake the cake in the oven at 160 degrees for about 55-65 minutes. Check with a skewer whether the cake is dry. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.
10. Flip the cake onto a wire rack. Let the cake cool under a dishcloth.
